Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow extra time for processing during busy periods (like holidays or sales events).

Packaging: We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in very safely. For card orders, we use protective sleeves, card savers, and bubble mailers. For sealed products, we use secure packaging with bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Methods: We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information provided once your order has shipped. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. In general, you can expect delivery within 3–7 business days after your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors like carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier (USPS). However, if your order is significantly delayed or lost, we will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
