  • All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. This includes sealed products (such as booster boxes and packs), individual cards, or any other items in our shop. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.

  • Card Condition: For individual card purchases, we follow TCGplayer condition guidelines. We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each card; however, please note that we do not offer refunds for condition-related issues. We strongly encourage reviewing the condition of any singles through the provided details before purchasing.

  • Exceptions for Mistakes on Our End: If we make an error in processing your order such as; sending the wrong item, missing an item, or damaged goods caused during shipping, we will offer a refund or replacement! Requests for refunds or replacements due to such issues must be made within 7 days of delivery.
